to lead our legal strategy. You will be responsible for navigating the complex and evolving regulatory landscape of Web3, digital assets, and the global creator economy. This is a role for a strategic thinker who provides solutions, not just no answers. You will ensure our operations, from influencer contracts to treasury management, are robust, compliant, and future-proof.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Strategy:
Monitor and interpret global regulatory developments (SEC, MiCA, etc.) to ensure our business model remains compliant across multiple jurisdictions.
Contract Architecture:
Draft, review, and negotiate complex agreements, including high-stakes influencer partnerships, service provider contracts, and IP licensing.
