The Opportunity

As a Senior Legal Counsel, this role is a key member of the Brazilian legal team and is primarily responsible for the strategic management of civil and other types of litigation and dispute resolution in Brazil. The position acts as a senior legal advisor to all Business Units, with a strong focus on litigation risk management, claims strategy, dispute prevention, and resolution, ensuring alignment with corporate governance, business objectives, and risk appetite.
