This is a senior, business-facing legal role at the heart of energy transition and environmental commodity markets. You will support complex, high-value commercial transactions across renewable fuels, environmental credits, and energy trading activities, working directly with traders, commercial leaders, finance, risk, and operations teams. The role combines hands‑on drafting and negotiation with strategic legal guidance in fast-moving and evolving markets. You will play a key part in structuring scalable contractual frameworks for emerging products and regulatory regimes. In addition, you will lead and mentor a small legal team while remaining deeply involved in day‑to‑day deal execution.
