OceanaGold seeks a Senior Legal Counsel with over 8 years of experience. This role provides strategic legal guidance in corporate and commercial matters across Canada and the U.S.
This pivotal position reports to the Vice President – Legal and engages with operational leaders to deliver high-quality legal advice related to procurement, compliance, and risk management. The successful candidate will collaborate with a dynamic Legal team, ensuring adherence to governance standards and regulatory requirements while demonstrating strong communication skills and sound judgment.

• Draft and negotiate procurement agreements effectively
