Your role
- Draft and negotiate key transactional financial agreements such as the ISDA Master Agreement, GMRA, and GMSLA.
- Provide legal opinions and strategic recommendations to protect the Bank’s interests globally.
- Advise Capital Markets and Capital Management teams on derivatives, debt instruments, and structured products....
