About Our Client:
Our client is a listed property developer and regional conglomerate with a premium portfolio of mixed-use commercial, hospitality, and residential properties across Asia.
They are currently looking for a Senior Leasing Officer to drive the leasing performance of their retail and commercial portfolio.
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling tenant enquiries and leasing activities
- Conduct leasing negotiations and build strong relationships with current and prospective tenants
- Prepare offer letters, tenancy agreements, and other legal documentation
- Carry out market research, analyze market trends, and compile reports
- Complete ad-hoc tasks as required
Job Requirements:
