Job summary
This role leads the research, development, and stewardship of staff policies and people programmes that support a positive and inclusive employee experience. Working in partnership with People & Culture colleagues, the role translates organisational strategy, values, and EDIA commitments into clear, practical policies, processes, and programmes that enable modern and flexible ways of working.
