Lead ServiceNow implementations as a Senior Lead, ensuring complete solution delivery and strong stakeholder relationships. Manage risks and expectations within complex technical environments.
In this role, you are responsible for the full delivery of ServiceNow solutions, coordinating across multiple technical teams. Your partnership with project managers and senior leadership will focus on maintaining high-quality deliverables and governance. You will proactively manage risks, oversee documentation, and ensure successful project execution.

• Manage comprehensive delivery of ServiceNow solutions
• Collaborate with technical leaders and project management
• Proactively identify issues and risks in projects
• Evaluate task progress and deliverable quality
• Foster strong client relationships and communication
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or relevant professional background
• 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow implementations
