This is a remote opportunity for the right candidate based in India who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with global teams.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT positions in the US market.
Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, networking, and internal databases.
Screen and evaluate candidates through phone and video interviews.
Understand technical job requirements and match candidates accordingly.
Work with hiring managers, account managers, and clients to understand hiring needs.
