In this role, you will oversee the planning and execution of IT initiatives in Saputo’s Project Management Office. Your responsibility includes defining project scopes, assessing risks, and delivering comprehensive reports to executive leadership. You'll engage with global teams and manage vendor relationships effectively while coaching junior project members.
Key Responsibilities: • Establish project frameworks from initiation to completion • Provide weekly project performance reports to stakeholders • Lead vendor and system integrator relationship management • Adapt PMO processes to project needs and monitor deliverables • Guide IT resources through project lifecycle and methodology improvements
