Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Operations Analyst to oversee and optimize our core IT infrastructure. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that our network infrastructure, Hyper‑V virtualization clusters, and AWS cloud environment are stable and secure. You aren't just maintaining systems; you are architecting the reliability of our entire business.
Key Responsibilities
Network Engineering
- Network Architecture: Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches (Catalyst/Nexus), routers, and ASA/Firepower firewalls.
- Wireless Infrastructure: Manage the full lifecycle of Cisco Meraki Wi‑Fi solutions, including SSID configuration, RF optimization, and secure guest access via the Meraki Dashboard.
- Connectivity & Routing: Maintain robust LAN/WAN connectivity, including SD‑WAN, Site‑to‑Site VPN tunnels, and BGP/OSPF routing protocols.
