Senior IT Administrator (Surrey)

Our Surrey, BC based client is seeking a Senior IT Administrator for a permanent position. This is an on‑site role five days per week at the client’s Surrey office from 8:00am to 4:30pm. Candidates must also be willing and able to work after hours as required, including responding to critical incidents.

Scope of Duties

Network & Systems Infrastructure: Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including Fortinet firewalls, switches, routers, and VPN connections. Serve as a trusted system administrator for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, hybrid cloud, and on‑prem environments, Azure, and SAML authentication.

Cybersecurity & Risk Management: Implement and oversee cybersecurity programs, including Incident Response Plans (IRP) and Disaster Recovery Plans (DRP). Respond to cybersecurity incidents and ensure compliance with industry security standards, including the application of Zero Trust principles.
