Program/Portfolio Leadership:


Lead multiple concurrent infrastructure initiatives or a large-scale program; define delivery strategy, governance model, and success metrics.
Own executive-level communications: steerco updates, decision logs, escalations, and stakeholder alignment across Japan and global teams.
Define and enforce program governance, delivery standards, and KPIs
Own customer relationship at senior leadership / CXO level
