Job Description
**Job Title - Senior Industrialization Engineer**
**Location – Karawang, Indonesia**
As a Senior Engineer, you will play a critical role in product industrialization by ensuring seamless transition from development to production. You will collaborate cross-functionally to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-efficient, and compliant products while supporting innovation and continuous improvement initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Work closely with Creation, Planning, Production, Engineering, Quality, and SHE teams to ensure product industrialization is executed with a focus on safety, quality, cost, and compliance
+ Responsible for technical formula validation, pilot and scale-up trials, and first production hypercare to achieve agile and reliable NPI (New Product Introduction)
+ Collaborate with product creators to optimize formulations aligned with “design for manufacturing” principles
+ Support the manufacturing team in troubleshooting,...
