The BFHR Manager (Business-Focused Human Resources Manager) serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, aligning people strategies with organizational objectives to drive business performance, employee engagement, and sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, translating business strategies into effective HR priorities and initiatives.
- Build strong partnerships with leadership to understand business needs and proactively develop HR solutions that enable organizational success.
- Provide coaching and guidance to managers on leadership effectiveness, team development, performance management, and complex employee relations issues.
