Job Description
Lead HR operations at a thriving hospitality company in Halifax, NS. As a Senior Human Resources Manager, you will drive talent acquisition and new hire onboarding effectively.
Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, you’ll manage day-to-day HR functions while supporting operational needs. With 4-6 years of experience, particularly in hospitality, you’ll interact with management at all levels to identify talent and streamline onboarding processes. Your role is pivotal in maintaining personnel records confidentiality and supporting various HR initiatives.
