Senior Human Resources Generalist

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the mass hiring of Game Presenters, Shufflers, and Studio Managers, technical specialists
• Hybrid Administration : Manage full-cycle HR admin, including contract preparation, local labor law compliance and personnel file management
• Benefit Design: Research, propose, and implement a competitive localized benefit package (e.g., medical insurance, transport, and gym access)
• Market Observation: Conduct ongoing salary benchmarking and trend analysis against competitive iGaming companies to ensure high retention
• Performance Management: Integrate and manage the company’s KPI system for the local workforce

Qualifications

• 3+ years in HR, with proven experience in high-volume recruitment for Customer service, BPO, or gaming sectors
