Job Description
Responsibilities
- End-to-End Recruitment: Lead the mass hiring of Game Presenters, Shufflers, and Studio Managers, technical specialists
- Hybrid Administration : Manage full-cycle HR admin, including contract preparation, local labor law compliance and personnel file management
- Benefit Design: Research, propose, and implement a competitive localized benefit package (e.g., medical insurance, transport, and gym access)
- Market Observation: Conduct ongoing salary benchmarking and trend analysis against competitive iGaming companies to ensure high retention
- Performance Management: Integrate and manage the company’s KPI system for the local workforce
Qualifications
- 3+ years in HR, with proven experience in high-volume recruitment for Customer service, BPO, or gaming sectors
