Become a key leader at Northland Properties as the Senior Human Resources Director for the restaurant division. This full-time role focuses on strategic HR leadership and operational excellence.
As the Senior Director, you will manage the HR function for Northland’s restaurant operations across Canada and the US. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with senior leaders, overseeing HR activities, and implementing strategies that enhance team capability. You will also tackle high-stakes HR issues with a focus on compliance and documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HR for restaurants in a multi-site operational setting
• Work with executive leaders on workforce planning
• Ensure effective management of employee relations
• Supervise HR operations compliance and documentation
• Promote talent development and succession planning
