As a Senior HR Consultant at True North, you'll advise a rotating portfolio of clients across industries on the work that matters most: building HR strategy from the ground up, navigating employee relations issues that need real judgment, leading organizational changes that need a steady hand, answering compliance questions that need a clear answer. You'll partner directly with founders, CEOs, and senior leaders — often as the most experienced HR voice in the room.
