Reporting to the Director of Legal Support Services, you will be instrumental in advising business leaders on HR best practices and compliance matters. This role requires expertise in resolving sensitive employee issues while fostering engagement and team efficacy. Collaborate with recruitment teams to attract top talent and improve operational practices across the Firm.
