Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead operational excellence across the Human Resources function in our Toronto, Canada office, supporting all employees based there from departments such as Marketing and Corporate. Providing leadership and support in Human Resources related matters such as recruitment, employee development, employment relations, administration, compliance, and special projects to support the business goals and cultivate an engaged team environment. Ensuring that the appropriate annual plans and programs are in place for the development of skills and expertise both today and in the future to support the changing needs of the business.
