Senior Human Resources Advisor

JUST HR is recruiting for a Senior Advisor, Human Resources on behalf of a growing mining organization based in Vancouver. The company operates within a unique joint venture structure and is building out its own internal HR function for the first time. This role exists to bring hands‑on HR expertise in-house. The organization is moving away from a shared‑services model and needs a dedicated HR partner to support day‑to‑day operations, employee relations, and long‑term workforce planning. Responsibilities
