Drive safety leadership as a Senior Health, Safety, and Environment Advisor with Clark Builders in Edmonton. This role combines compliance oversight, mentoring, and program development for HSE initiatives.
As a Senior HSE Advisor reporting to the HSE Manager, you will lead the implementation of safety standards, conduct audits, and mentor project teams to achieve compliance. Your expertise will guide subcontractor selection and promote HSE best practices across operations. By ensuring project adherence to safety plans, you will significantly influence the organization’s commitment to health and safety.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee development of Project HSE Plans and Safety Assessments
• Mentor project personnel in Job Hazard Assessments (JHA)
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HSE standards
• Lead investigations of incidents and assign corrective actions
• Advise on HSE legislation and compliance requirements
