Senior HRBP Manager LATAM

Global payments company (PSP) is seeking a Senior HRBP Manager, with scope across LATAM, to lead the people agenda during a key moment of integration and transformation. The role will be responsible for leading the integration of processes, systems, and policies following a recent acquisition, playing a central role in structuring and strengthening the HR function while supporting business growth and performance, particularly in the commercial area.

This is a hands-on role for someone who builds structure where it doesn't yet exist and takes full ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
