Job Description
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience in an HR Leadership role with broad knowledge and experience in human resource management
- Demonstrated experience supporting employee populations in large organizations
- Experience engaging, communicating and presenting to Senior Leaders
- Fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written
- Portuguese desired
- Knowledge of local employment laws
- Partner with the business to develop a comprehensive understanding of the business’s key goals, through relationship building with members of the site management team; ensuring that the HR function is clearly aligned to the key success factors for the client group
- Partner with COEs to develop holistic HR solutions for the business
