Senior HR Consultant

Our client is seeking an HR Consultant to support their people operations across multiple jurisdictions and locations. Reporting to Sharon (HR leadership), this contract opportunity is ideal for a hands‑on HR leader who can quickly drive execution across compensation and benefits, HRIS implementation, policy rollout, employee relations, and performance/talent processes. This engagement is highly deliverable‑focused: you’ll help “get the house in order” by moving critical programs to completion (including annual compensation review, benefits improvements, and Dayforce implementation support) while reducing administrative lift on the HR lead so they can focus on longer‑range priorities.
