Location: Remote (Canada) or Hybrid (London, Ontario) We have an existing vacancy in our HR Compliance team, a specialized group focused on employment legislation analysis and interpretation. This team uses HR compliance expertise to track employment-related legislative changes and translate them into clear, practical guidance for employers. They also review content created by others for legislative accuracy, HR best practices, and established company standards. Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze federal and provincial employment and labour legislation for changes that impact clients. Interpret legislative changes to determine required updates to existing HR compliance content or the need for new content.
