The Opportunity

Highspring is seeking a Senior Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to support one of our major financial services engagements in Canada. In this senior advisory role you will act as a trusted strategic partner to executive leadership and contribute directly to the delivery of the Human Capital Management strategy across multiple business lines. You will operate as a Senior Regional HRBP, providing proactive coaching, strategic guidance, and HR leadership to senior stakeholders. This role includes oversight and co‑management responsibilities within the Career Advisory function for the Canadian population and requires close collaboration with regional HR leadership across the Americas.
