We are looking for a highly experienced Senior HR Business Partner & IT Recruiter for our new Delivery Center in Belo Horizonte. This role is critical for establishing and scaling the operation from the ground up, including local HR infrastructure, talent acquisition strategy, culture building, compliance, and leadership engagement.
Key Responsibilities

You will act as the main HR partner for Technology and Delivery Center leaders, becoming their trusted advisor in all people-related matters. You will support managers in workforce planning, performance management, talent development, compensation structures, and employee relations.
