About the Role
As a Senior HR Advisor, Escalations you will manage complex, high-impact client EOR escalations across multiple countries and internal teams, including payroll, benefits, product, compliance, and complex employee relations matters. This role acts as the central point of coordination during critical situations, driving structured resolution, aligning cross‑functional stakeholders, mitigating retention risk, and ensuring timely, compliant outcomes. You will operate in high‑visibility scenarios that require executive presence, operational rigor, and strong judgment, without direct people‑management responsibilities.
