At Oakridge Landscape Contractors, we’ve been building and maintaining landscapes across Southern Ontario for over 30 years. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Horticultural Specialist who can bring strong plant knowledge, attention to detail, and leadership to our team.

What the role looks like:

This is a hands‑on position with a mix of fieldwork and team support. You’ll be the go‑to person for plant health and proper horticultural practices across multiple projects.

• Lead The Way: Support and guide crews on planting, pruning, and general plant care.
• Plant Watch: Monitor plant health and address issues related to pests, disease, or stress.
