Senior Guest Experience & Reservations Leader

A luxury property management company in Whistler is seeking a Guest Experience Manager (Reservations) to define the guest experience from the initial inquiry through to booking and pre-arrival. This role will lead a team to ensure that all guest interactions reflect exceptional service standards. The ideal candidate must have over 3 years in high-end hospitality and possess strong leadership, communication, and technical skills. Compensation ranges from $60k to $70k annually, with benefits including performance-based bonuses and a season pass for Whistler Blackcomb.
