In this impactful assignment, you'll analyze existing fund workflows and create a strategic roadmap to enhance operations for the Social Enterprise Fund. Your advice will lead to efficient cash management and improved support for SME borrowers, making a real difference in the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform a gap analysis of current fund operations
• Create an implementation roadmap addressing software and policy needs
• Implement operational flows that meet SME constraints
• Facilitate a comprehensive workshop on fund operations
• Engage in public outreach before and after the assignment
Requirements:
• Background in fund operations, investment, or venture capital
• Experience in lending to SMEs with operational workflow knowledge
