Key Responsibilities: • Conduct performance reviews and variance analyses • Lead the annual budgeting process • Develop financial models for strategic initiatives • Create visual dashboards for stakeholders • Identify financial risks and opportunities
Requirements: • Business or finance degree required • 3-5 years in FP&A or related field • CPA or MBA preferred • Advanced Excel and ERP system skills • Ability to analyze and interpret complex data
