The Opportunity

EY’s EY‑Parthenon Practice is a global, industry‑leading consulting service. As part of the Financial Diligence team, you will work with clients to identify the right transactions and ensure their successful execution. The role provides exposure to a broad range of engagements, mentoring, and formal learning in a collaborative environment.

Your Key Responsibilities

As a Senior, you will help clients understand profit drivers, challenge future performance assumptions, and support purchase agreements and post‑closing transaction matters. You will work with our transaction development teams throughout the entire transaction process, including financial due diligence, transaction management, negotiation, documentation, and post‑completion integration.
