Key Responsibilities: • Prepare periodic and annual financial reports for entities • Manage investor transactions, capital calls, and distributions • Forecast cash flows and maintain debt management • Assist Mortgage Operations with analytical requests • Oversee audit processes and tax filings with external auditors
