Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst
Location: Niagara and area.  Onsite and remote work
Industry: Professional Services -Real estate & development
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 plus immense growth opportunity
 
The Senior Financial Accountant will work for a small professional services company providing support and consultative services in the real estate and related industries.  You will provide financial insights, analysis, and reporting to guide strategic and operational decisions. 
Responsibilities included but limited to include:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, variance reports, and cash flow projections for real estate portfolios and development projects.
Conduct budget-to-actual reviews and identify key performance drivers and trends.
