Position Summary
The Senior Financial Analyst will be a key business partner for stakeholders throughout the business providing data and insights to improve informed decisions. The role supports cross‑functional partners and requires hybrid work with three days onsite at our Mississauga Head Office. Responsibilities
Prepare month‑end close reporting, including financial and operational reports. Conduct variance analysis with root‑cause investigation, develop action plans, and execute those plans with team management. Reconcile balance sheet accounts. Analyze results versus budget, forecast, and prior year. Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business to review results and provide recommendations for key business decisions. Develop annual budgets and quarterly forecasts in collaboration with cross‑functional stakeholders and key leaders.
