What you will be doing:
- Prepare and manage the quarterly and annual external stakeholder financial reporting, including MD&A external quarterly reporting.
- Prepare external reporting for external investment partners, including property packages and quarterly asset management reports.
- Assist in the preparation of the financial reporting to board members including the preparation of reporting packages and presentations.
- Assist in the annual budgeting process, including coordinating with various stakeholders across the organization, reviewing the consolidation and analysis of regional budgets and preparing summary presentations for senior management and Board of Directors.
