Job Description
Today we are confirming our search for a Senior Financial Analyst who will be integral in supporting strategic decision-making through insightful financial analysis, and full cycle accounting and financial reporting. The successful candidate will serve as a strategic business partner to property operations and senior management, streamline accounting processes, and champion continuous improvement within the property management accounting and finance function.
Real Estate Portfolio Reporting
Own end‑to‑end financial accounting & reporting for an assigned portfolio of CLV managed properties, ensuring the accurate production of monthly and quarterly income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end processes, including preparing or reviewing journal entries, accruals, account reconciliations, and amortization schedules.
