Position Overview
Senior Finance/ERP Solutions Lead to design, optimize, and deliver enterprise‑grade finance solutions within an ERP ecosystem. The role bridges complex operations and strategic decision‑making, transforming the ERP into a high‑performance engine for growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead business‑analysis workshops with Finance and cross‑functional stakeholders, capturing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable specifications.
- Conduct detailed assessments of existing systems and processes to identify pain points and improvement opportunities.
- Develop high‑quality BRDs, functional design documents (FDDs), and technical specifications (TSDs) and process models.
- Provide expert guidance on finance process optimization, controls, and future‑state capabilities.
