Position Overview
Senior Finance/ERP Solutions Lead to design, optimize, and deliver enterprise‑grade finance solutions within an ERP ecosystem. The role bridges complex operations and strategic decision‑making, transforming the ERP into a high‑performance engine for growth. Key Responsibilities
Lead business‑analysis workshops with Finance and cross‑functional stakeholders, capturing business needs and translating them into clear, actionable specifications. Conduct detailed assessments of existing systems and processes to identify pain points and improvement opportunities. Develop high‑quality BRDs, functional design documents (FDDs), and technical specifications (TSDs) and process models. Provide expert guidance on finance process optimization, controls, and future‑state capabilities. Architect and implement robust, scalable finance solutions within the ERP system (GL, AP, AR, etc.). Design and optimize integration flows across operations, sales, forecasting, and re...
