What you will be doing:
Process Mapping & SOP Creation: Conduct interviews with finance team members to understand current daily workflows (e.g., Procure-to-Pay, Cash/Bank, Revenue) and draft comprehensive, step‑by‑step SOPs.
Policy Development: Draft and implement overarching corporate finance policies (e.g., Capitalization, Petty Cash, Credit Card, and Bank Reconciliation policies) ensuring they align seamlessly with the new SOPs.
Intercompany Agreements: Translate legal frameworks across four distinct legal entities into clear operational, transactional, and accounting procedures.
System Alignment: Collaborate with the internal Systems Analyst to ensure all new procedural documentation links accurately to existing NetSuite system documentation.
