Aspire Software in Montreal is hiring a Senior Finance Manager to manage financial reporting and team leadership in a hybrid work model. Enhance financial performance across our portfolio.
Reporting directly to the Director of Finance, you'll handle budgeting, financial compliance, and reporting for various subsidiary companies. Your responsibilities will also include developing efficient financial processes and implementing effective internal controls, while monitoring cash flow health.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee financial reporting and compliance
• Lead the monthly and quarterly financial close
• Prepare in-depth reviews and strategic recommendations
• Strengthen internal controls and audit processes
• Mentor and develop the finance team
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; CPA preferred
