Serving as a senior executive, the Chief People Officer collaborates with the Executive Leadership Team to shape the people vision and strategy. You will oversee all facets of the People & Culture function, from talent acquisition to DEI initiatives, while ensuring alignment with Affinity’s technological and strategic ambitions. This position aims to deepen partnerships and enhance employee readiness in a rapidly evolving environment.
