Our client, a multi-billion-dollar contractor, is seeking a Senior Estimator to join their estimating team in the West GTA region. This key role involves working alongside the preconstruction team to identify bid opportunities across the region. The ideal candidate would have solid experience and success in WWTP projects across Southwest Ontario

Key Responsibilities

• Search for proposal and bid opportunities on online portals.
• Support the preparation of project prequalifications and proposals as a subject matter expert.
• Conduct a detailed review and analysis of contract documents before tender closings.
• Assess project risks and opportunities; recommend risk mitigation measures.
• Complete quantity take-offs from plans and drawings.
• Lead and guide the estimating team during tender closings.
• Maintain excellent relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, clients, and consultants.
