Senior Estimator – Ground-Up ICI Projects
Salary: $130,000–$160,000 + RRSP + Bonus
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Estimato r to lead estimates for major ground-up ICI construction project s. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented estimating professional who understands complex builds, can manage tender deadlines, and has the technical knowledge to produce accurate, competitive bids
The ideal candidate has strong experience estimating institutional, commercial, or industrial projects and can confidently work with drawings, specifications, trades, suppliers, and internal project team
