Maple Reinders is expanding its Civil Estimating team and seeks a qualified candidate with at least 7 years of estimating experience in Water/Wastewater. This role involves preparing tenders, liaising with a variety of stakeholders, and ensuring accurate and thorough risk evaluations. You'll work on diverse projects ranging from Design/Build to Construction Management.
Key Responsibilities: • Develop detailed cost estimates and quotations • Consult with engineers and subcontractors • Conduct quality take-offs for all projects • Finalize tender submissions with senior management • Assist with proposal development for major projects
