Drive impactful changes as a Senior Engineering Manager. Oversee a dedicated team of specialists, enhancing regulatory compliance and safety in electrical engineering through effective leadership and collaboration.
In this senior management role, you'll provide strategic oversight for a team of engineers focused on Code and Utility Regulations. With 8-10 years of experience, you will ensure quality deliverables while facilitating the development of training materials and responding to key inquiries. You'll also engage with external stakeholders to address complex technical issues and improve safety protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and mentor a team of engineers
• Manage Ontario Electrical Safety Code development
• Ensure compliance with distribution regulations
• Conduct complex engineering analyses
• Liaise with external regulatory bodies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• 8-10 years of experience in engineering
