Overview
You’ll focus on maintaining the stability, security, and efficiency of CNB’s identity infrastructure, including Active Directory (AD) and related systems. Your role centers on platform operations — ensuring systems run smoothly and follow regulatory/security requirements.
Responsibilities
- Security Hardening: Implement and enforce AD security best practices (e.g., securing LDAP channels, disabling legacy protocols such as NTLM, and managing privileged accounts).
- Migration/Upgrades: Experience with AD migrations (e.g., functional level upgrades, domain consolidations) or Windows Server upgrades.
- Monitor AD health: Oversee domain controllers, replication, and DNS integration to prevent outages.
- Execute production changes: Apply patches, promote domain controllers, and adjust configurations following strict change control processes—primarily scheduled during nights and weekends.
